Clove and Cinnamon Tea


•1 1/2 cups water

•1 clove, crushed

•1 cinnamon stick

•3/4 teaspoon Rooibos tea leaves

•1/2 teaspoon honey

•3 teaspoons rice milk powder, optional

Cooking Directions

1.Boil water, cloves and cinnamon stick.

2.Cover the pot with a tight lid to retain flavors.

3.Boil for about two minutes.

4.Lower the heat and add the tea leaves.

5.Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes or until it is drinkable.

6.Add the honey and rice milk. Serve.
