Recipe of the Week: Sugar- and dairy-free Vanilla Ice Cream

Its that time of year where ice cream will soon be needed as the temperatures rise! Enjoy this one!!

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream


•1/2 cup rice milk

•1/2 cup almond milk

•1/2 teaspoon vanilla

•4 droppers full vanilla liquid stevia

•Pinch of Himalayan salt


1.Pour rice and almond milk into a blender.

2.Add vanilla, stevia and salt and blend.

3.Once blended, add mixture to an ice cream machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.

4.Enjoy once ready.

This recipe makes 1 serving.
